CNC plasma and water jet cutting for clean, precise profiles across metals and a wide range of other materials.
Plasma cutting uses ionized gas to thermally cut conductive metals, melting through the material to produce a smaller kerf than flame cutting. Water jet cutting uses pressurized pumps to deliver high-pressure jets of water reaching three times the speed of sound, cutting nearly any material with no heat distortion. Together they cover everything from medium-thickness metal to thermally sensitive and thicker stock.

Plasma cuts conductive metal up to 50mm and as thick as 150mm, while water jet handles thicker and thermally sensitive materials with superior edge quality.
| Plasma Cutting | Conductive metals up to 50 mm, max 150 mm thickness |
|---|---|
| Water Jet | No heat distortion, fine kerf |
| Water Jet Materials | Steel, aluminum, titanium, plastic, rubber, foam |
| Integration | Robotic-arm and CNC cutting |
Water jet cutting delivers high precision with superior edge quality, leaving hardened edges with no heat distortion, reduced burrs, and minimal secondary adjustments. The process produces no hazardous waste and needs no cutter replacement. CNC-controlled guidance, an articulated cutting head, and an abrasive delivery system let us cut steel, aluminum, titanium, plastic, rubber, foam, fabric, and paper from a single setup.

Plasma and water jet cutting feed directly into our welding, fabrication, inspection, and assembly work, and both integrate with automated robotic arms for added flexibility.
