Automated dimensional CMM inspection for part certification and validation, with accuracy down to 0.0001 inch.
Coordinate Measuring Machines gauge and collect the physical characteristics of a part, moving in three dimensions to scan, capture, and digitize its attributes. Our CMMs gather data with a human operator or Direct Computer Control, providing the highly accurate measurements that precision parts demand.

Laser, structured-light, and analog touch-probe scanners cover everything from fast batch scanning to ten-thousandth-inch accuracy.
| Laser Scanners | Fast, accurate dimensional capture |
|---|---|
| Light Scanners | White light and blue light |
| Analog Scanners | Touch probe systems |
| Use | Verify parts in spec across all stages of production |
Laser scanners capture dimensions nearly identical to the original CAD file. White and blue light scanners are the fastest non-contact method, accurate to 0.001 inch, ideal for small parts and large batches. Fixed touch-probe CMMs measure to an extremely high degree of accuracy, down to 0.0001 inch.
