Each cell pairs resistance welding controls, weld heads, power supplies, and weld monitors with PC or PLC-based motion control. Articulated six-axis robots place every weld with sub-millimeter precision, reaching difficult joints and performing the same weld the same way each time. The result is consistent quality, higher throughput, and reduced need for filler material across demanding production runs.
